I'm on livejournal because I enjoy (translate: am addicted to) reading and writing fanfiction. I started writing fanfic in July 2009. My current fixations are Star Trek (fav characters are Spock, Kirk, and Uhura - and any romantic combination thereof but especially k/s) and Heroes (anything Sylar-related). In life offline, I write a lot but never get a chance to work on (read: get paid for) any narrative prose.
I love when people review (compliment or critique) my fics. I put this crazy writing stuff out into the void...and then suddenly support and suggestions well up from all you lovely people and it's fantastic. Thank you for reading and reviewing!
